I've changed his hair progressively based off feedback I received. We decided only to have hair on top of his head, like John Travolta's 1970's hair style Juan suggested. which worked fine with the character, since his mostly bald. Having too much hair made him appear too young and when I managed to minimize it he still looked too young because his hair only filled the top front of his head. So I finally worked it and made his hair run more back reaching the end of the top of his head. And I was happy with the end result and I checked with everyone else in the group and everyone was also happy with it.
