Pool Scene

I've been adjusted the settings for the water in Maya using an ocean shader. I was able to change the wave height and speed to best suite our pool scene.

I created splash using a wake but the splash wasn't high enough so i decided to work with nparticles to see how that goes. But its was best to create a splash sequence in 2D as Daryl suggested and I was happy with the result.

Shot 55 Park Scene

Joe Snaps the pencil in two. I enjoyed working with this shot, I was able to add a constraint for the pencil and make the pencil follow Joe's hand movements. When Joe snapped the pencil I animated the pencils visibility so that two pieces of the pencil would appear making the one piece disappear.

Park Scene Animation

I've been working on refining the park scene animation, I used the mocap James for the scene and cleaned it up for maya where i did further animation. Shot 58 James celebrating after discovering that Joe too has a different colored shadow.
